I have a 2003 eclipse gs with 2.4l engine and it's automatic. It has 166,500 miles on it. I've been on and off trying to sell. I really don't want to get rid of it but I'm honestly tired of working on it. I've recently replaced the head gasket and timing belts in it. It also has a brand new battery. There is some dents in it and body damage, the interior driver seat is tore along with a cracked dash. It will drive but after it gets to normal operating temperature (Warmed up after 5-10mins) and you go to put the brakes on and slow down its starts trying to stall out (but hasn't) and the oil light will flash. At the same time you can hear a loud sound as its trying to stall kinda like the sound of a spark knock I think and it just sounds like it's about to die. This is the only time this happens and you have to drive the car for 5-10 minutes before it even does it. I honestly don't know what is wrong with it. It's just really weird to me. Nothing pulls up on the Scanner about it though. The car doesn't get driven like this. i've put a lot into it and was making it a project. So serious buyers only. NO LOW BALLERS PLEASE!
